I tried support from their forum, but it won't let me post (apparently you have to be registered for a while before you can). I tried support from Topaz, but they are closed. I did just update the NVidia drivers to the latest (no change) and Windows is current. Pixinsight, Photoshop and Lightroom all have no issues with it, including running Starnet++ on the same GPU fairly quickly. The image is large (18269x12179) but not that unusual, it's a drizzle integration from a full frame camera. I have tried this with nothing else running, and lots of programs running, no change. Task Manager is showing memory in use at 13g (of 128g) and video of 1.5/4g dedicated and 0.1/64g shared. The only weak part is the GPU (since all those miners are still sucking up all GPU's). The system is a Windows 10 Pro x 64, AMD 3970X (32 core), with 128GB of memory, and terabytes of available SSD/NVMe disk. Thinking this was my mediocre GPU (a GTX 970) I changed the "AI Processor" from auto to CPU. Without a mask, and zoomed in 100%, it all looks good. This occurs anytime I zoom out, and anytime at any resolution I try to use masking. I still cannot process an image, I get "Not enough video memory to allocate space for image". Doing a trial of Topaz Sharpen AI, using it for astro images.
